Add execution plan feature to SQL Editor

Seeing the execution plan of a query is a feature that is currently lost as we move from back end database tools to the SQL Editor. This is something we should try to add as a button to produce suggestions on indexes, show % of resources, etc.

    Thanks Jay - we will add it to the list. I know there are some minor items for SQL editor on the board this quarter - I think the bulk of them will be implemented in Q2. I’ve seen there are quite a few separate submissions that all roll up to improving this feature.
