Add Refresh button to Catalog Scan tab

When a scan is executing, give the ability to click a refresh button. Currently the only option is to refresh your browser.

      I modified this request so that we can the scan tab to auto update in real time, similar to the behavior of cloud Replicate. No need to hit refresh at all.
