Add Replications GET endpoint to Public API

Currently in the SKP API, we have Replications endpoint to create, update and delete. But NOT GET. Can you kindly add this endpoint ASAP please? This is required immediately for Astrazeneca ADMM implementation.

    Thanks for the feedback Michael - we have added this to the backlog and understand there is direct client urgency as well.
